ish!!! can you believe it?? i got hung up by THE BRITISH COUNCILL more than 5 times!
i called twice they said they would pass me through and to the examination department... well after several rings, i got hung up... so i tried again! and this time they even give me the extension number! once again, I GOT HUNG UP!!! i was so pissed!!! GGRRRR
i just want to check on my additional test results form and i GOT HUNG UP!!! is that suppose to be the way you treat your customers? i paid for that okay! and you were suppose to mail it and reached taylors by now!!!

so i end up contacting them via email! since that they only way they cant hung up on me! hopefully they will reply me tomorrow or else i will definitely COMPLAIN like i never complain before!!!
