And The Band Played On - Randy Shilts

Movie Review

This is a movie I would very much like to recommend to people if you are free like me to watch! Because this is such a great movie. It reflects how we (humans) handle complications, and somehow, all of us are the same regardless what race, ethnicity, gender and age you are. Of course, there will be some exceptions, there are those who only want to do good in people. We are so greedy, selfish and stupid, everything is all about money, money, money & money! Overall, the movie is about how HIV started and spreads in the USA, where a group of scientists was striving hard to find the cause of it. It was formally named Gay-Related Immune Deficiency and it was thought only spreading among the homosexual community. This movie also show how a population's health relied on politics and government. This disease was not taken seriously unitl late 1970's where it was discovered in the 1950's!

Do watch for more!
Ratings: 4/5 ****

"What happen if doctors treating patients like businessmen?" - quoted from the movie.

This really shows how useless we are, when we hesitate to do the right thing!

Conclusion: Is a good movie! Let's make the world a better place to live in!

stay healthy, stay sexy
live life to the max
xoxo
