Help me!! I can't sleep! It's semi my fault but I can't help it right? I needed that drink, so I drank it. I didn't know it can last me til this long. Plus it's only 500ml. I swear I will never ever drink "Mother" ever again.
The taste of this energy drink is similar to red bull, but somehow I think red bull taste better. This drink actually got a tangy taste to it. Maybe that's the different. I don't like it thou, I prefer red bull. And 500ml is too much! * @@
The truth is, I am really really tired! My eyes are tired, I feel really exhausted! But I don't know why can't I sleep. I tried everything, well not everything. I tried music, it didn't work. I tried my usual way (pillow on my face), it didn't work. I tired everything that I can think of, it just refuse to work. *I want to sleep..
Blame it on the caffeine. Stupid caffeine!! Do you know that the half life of caffeine is 2.5-4.5 hours? So I think the concentration of caffeine I took in was 32mg per 100ml. My drink was about 500ml, I drank it around 6.00pm. I'll just take the shortest half life, 2.5 hours shall be my half life of caffeine.
Total caffeine intake: 32mg x 5 = 160mg
After 1st half life (at 8.30pm): 80mg
After 2nd half life (at 11am): 40mg
After 3rd half life (at 1.30am): 20mg
After 4th half life (at 4.00am): 10mg
After 5th half life (at 6.30am): 5mg
After 6th half life (at 9.00am): 2.5mg
After 7th half life (at 11.30am): 1.25mg
If my calculations are correct, I still have roughly 10mg of caffeine in my body around 4.30am perhaps? Meaning I don't think I'll be sleeping until lunch time?? *wth?? I think that's about right. Caffeine is degrading very slowly. *=.=
I hate myself for waking at this odd time, having difficulties to sleep, with nobody to talk to. *sigh sigh! And now I feel really bad for making so much noise while Cheryn is still sleeping. *tsk tsk
