I didn't want to send you guys an email because I need to update my blog, so it's a win-win solutions. You get updates from me and I'm able to update my blog and my stuff (especially visa status) to you guys! You guys still doesn't reply me in talk box! WHY is that?? :(
So basically this post is about my current visa and the status of my student visa application. First thing first, I'm pretty sure I'm not going back end of this year, mainly due to my visa status. The visa I am currently holding is a temporary visa which is known as interim visa(which the Immigration of New Zealand granted to me because my previous student visa has expired). So I am able to stay in New Zealand without going against the law (legally).
The validity of this visa is 6 months (maximum) and they told me they need 40 days to process my visa. *I know, shocking; isn't it? I'm in shock too. It's 40 days not 14 days. I have not heard from them since the day I got the letter saying I'm granted with the interim visa. The interim visa conditions are that of a student. I can continue staying and studying, work up to 20 hours per week and also work full time during summer (same conditions applied in my student visa). But I cannot leave New Zealand with that visa (within the 6 months period), unless I get my student visa. This visa will expire if I leave New Zealand, so I'm kinda stuck here. If I leave, I cannot enter New Zealand again.:(
One thing I don't like in the letter is this visa does not guarantee that my student visa application will be successful. So let's just see how it goes after 40 days, but I'm pretty sure I provided most of the documents they need. They are currently still processing my visa and everything, I think they will contact me soon. They are also currently holding my passport. :S
I hope this clear the confusions and reply me in talk box ler.. Or fix the pc at home to talk to me in MSN. :( Or use fei zai's of ah pa's laptop! Okay?? Hope to hear from you all soon. <3
I am capable of taking care of myself and sort this thing out, so don't worry alright! Will keep you updated. Please try not have any arguments because of this, because what done is done. Is all good and things will be okay. We can figure something else if it doesn't work out, okay?:) Don't worry, be happy...
