"pop, pop, pop and pop, pop, pop" the popping sound of popcorn in the microwave at this wee hour is the only thing that keeps me awake in order for me to finish up my lab report which is due at 10.15am, 16th of August. I started researching and doing my report one week ago and it still hasn't been done. Why? Simply because I need to do reading before, I've been procrastinating, I have a test to study for and the stress didn't kick in until the last minute. They shouldn't cut down the time for this write up from two weeks to one week. As if we have nothing else better to do. Anyhow, I've accomplished and conquered it around 4am in the morning, pretty satisfied with the outcome. I made my report as reader friendly as possible so tutors do not have the chance to say my report ain't good enough then to give me shyttie mark. I'm expecting something like 3 out of 4 and not a 2.8. Yesh, 0.2 makes hell lots of difference, plus I just refuse to accept the fact that my report worth only 2.8 as I spend most of my sleeping to edit and write it up.
My mother asked why am I doing my work last minute. Reason because, I am a student.:D
The theory I came out for report write up.
The marks given by tutor is directly proportional to the hours one individual spent on the report. Of course there will be some outliers. Meaning, they spend long hours doing yet not getting good marks in them, or one doesn't spend much time on the report but get great marks for that. It's relatively subjective, to be honest.
Note: I already omitted those outliers because I don't like them. *blehhh
It's 11.30am, the smell of popcorn still lingers around me while I was showering. Went to uni after that for 2 classes but came back with a massive headache, looking like a zombie. You know what makes it more shyttie? The feeling of wanting to vomit and hungry at the same time. It's like my body just couldn't make up her mind whether she wants me to eat or she wants me to vomit. Gahhh... So I decided to ignore both, plunged straight into my bed at 7pm. The feeling of wanting to puke and hungry at the same time is worse than hang-over, Godd...
Will there be a next time? *laughs* Maybe, it was pretty awesome at first. I was so proud of myself because I didn't need to sleep and I finish my report, but then the side effects. I shall reconsider this. After 14 hours of sleep (because I have only one class in the afternoon, 1pm), I feel like a zombie back to life. *yay!! Happily eating my instant noodles and continue typing this entry.
