I DIDN'T abandon you. I just didn't have good internet speed to update my blog since they busted the internet. It's really difficult for me to attach photos for the blog with slow internet speed and uni is closed until after New Years. So now I'm updating before they bust it again. *damn you facebook games.
Overdue post
After having dinner with prof and his wife (my mother's friends), they took me to Ponsonby Road to have a look at Christmas decorations - they called it Lights btw. You must be thinking, what is there to see, what is nice to see about decorations, you can see it everywhere you go. These Christmas decorations ain't like you normal streets decorations put up with authorities to attract tourists or to simply make the streets more lively! These decorations are put up by the people with high Christmas spirits on their house. Not only one house, the whole neightbourhood. Staring to these magnificent decorations are just breath taking! So enough talk, let the photos do all the talking!! :D
There were heaps of people walking around, car passing by or driving through, the whole street was really crowded and filled with passer-by. They really are seriously about Christmas and really put in a lot of efforts in decorating their houses. Besides, performers were given opportunities to perform and earn a quick buck.
Pretty right?? What a way to celebrate Christmas aye? I don't think you're able to see this in Malaysia, well, maybe you can see Red Tang Lung hanging during Chinese New Year in my housing area! I love my house with all the Chinese New Year decorations up, it makes the house so RED, and I like RED. *huat ahhh~
