Craving for Japanese but wanna mix it up with a bit of Korean? No problem. Bentto Sushi is one of the good Korean/Japanese Fusion can be eaten in Auckland City. It is located next to Yogoberry on Queen Street. Is a small shop but cozy to have lunch or dinner with 2 or 3 person.
According to people's tips left in foursquare (app for smart phones), their Teriyaki Salmon Donburi is good, together with miso soup. I'm not entirely sure about the dish as we ordered different dishes.
We ordered 4 dishes, one for each. Cheryn had the Spicy Chicken Donburi, I had the Chicken Katsu Donburi, Edrina and Edward had the same dish, but I have no idea what is called, so I'm going to call it as over-flowing huge portion. Overall presentation in good and the food is really tasty. The spicy chicken was a bit too salty for my liking, but the chicken katsu was really nice. Edrina and Edward's dish's portion extra huge. I can barely finish mine but their was over-flowing with food like takoyaki (squid balls), tempura veges, sushi, katsu chicken and rice at the bottom.

Basically, the food and the ambiance were great, everybody enjoyed their food. We didn't have to wait too long for our food too. Did I mention their price is quite reasonable for such portion. I don't mind going back for more next time when I crave for fusion food.
