To be frank, I am not a fan of the Fish Head Noodles anywhere because I don't like fish especially with the fishy smell. And the thought of fish in soups just freaks and terrified me out. But this one; is absolutely different. I'm surprise how good it tasted and the texture of the fish balls were fantastic. I could say I totally fell in love with fish head noodle.
This fish head noodle place situated at Paramount Garden, Petaling Jaya Selangor. Go early during peak hours because there will hardly any parking space left then.
I was brought there by my mother after lunch hour, so it wasn't hard for us to get a parking space. But the shop was still full with customers. The shop is clean as well as the toilet. Besides fish head noodle, I think they serve dry noodles too. The pricing of the food is reasonable for KL food and the food really worth your money.
I had the noodle with fish paste instead of fish as I am terrified to eat with bones. I also don't like my fish to be soggy so fish paste for me. The soup is milk based (you can choose to have clear soup too). The taste of the soup is quite refreshing as there was no fishy taste.
