My Perfect Shin RamYun

Today I decided to cook myself a quick, easy and yummy meal. Alright, you caught me! I was lazy and forgot to defrost my chicken. I decided one of my favourite dish - Shin RamYun. *laughs.......


Sure you may say is just an instant noodle, how hard can it be to cook, right? Well, let me share with you my secret to my perfect Shin RamYun.





I usually let it cook for a bit and let the soup evaporate because I like it slightly dry and the soup being concentrated. Even though I let it cooked for a while, the noodles will not go super soft. That's why I love this brand of instant noodles. (Nope, actually I love all Korean instant noodles as they won't go soft and soggy fast). 

Fun facts:
Did you know, Shin RamYun is the highest selling brand in Korea? 
It goes well with anything. :)
