DIY - Radish Soup
Friday, June 7, 2013

Hot soup for a cold day or night? Or simply just want to tie up your man's stomach? Here some easy steps to a yummy and tasty white radish soup without MSG. They always say the way to a man's heart is to his stomach. *wink..

Ingredients: Peppercorns (depending on your likings), dry dates, bones (chicken or pork), white radish, water and salt.

Step 1: Bring a pot of water to boil, with the chicken bone inside. *Make sure to clean your chicken or pork bone.

Step 2: Wash, cut and prepare the white radish whilst the soup broth is boiling.

Step 3: Add in dry dates and peppercorns (up to your liking) into the boiling broth.

Step 4: Place all the cut radish into the pot. Also try to filter out the unwanted floating stuff on the surface of the soup.

Step 5: Bring the soup to boil and cook for an hour or 2 until the radish is soft. Season the soup with soy sauce or salt as you like. Taste as you go.

Step 6: Bon appetit

Easy homemade radish soup that can warm you up in the cold night or to tie your man's heart. No MSG, no artificial food, no instant food and oil free just pure freshness, yummy-ness and healthy too. *nom nom nom... Enjoy!! :)

stay healthy, stay sexy
live life to the max
